2022 QD-OLED thread

Anyone seen the qdoled deals on Samsungs website s95b 65" list price of £2,499 then code TVFLASH400 for £400 off then any old TV for an additional £300 off.

I haven't gone through the purchase hoops to try but it seems like "for this weekend only" you can pick this up for £1,799

Or the 55" for around a grand

Yeah £1699.99 for the 65" eeek!

TBH I've still not hooked it up to my PC. Keep meaning to but not got around to it. Will try and get a chance tomorrow evening.
PS5 is buttery smooth on it if that helps lol.
Thanks, trying to find out how PC gaming is on it, I'm running a 3080 too and looking on YT, I'm not getting much info if G-Sync is working on it, it's mostly console gaming vids.:)

Just ordered the Samsung 55" S95B at 1049, been looking to get a new TV for a while now, and this was a good opportunity to have them collect my old TV and get £300 off as well!

My current Samsung 50" Plasma was bought January 2010, and still going strong, but wanted something more up to date.

Had a good run out of it, though.

Looking forward to joining the OLED club!

You're lucky lol, I used to have a 50'inch samsung plasma too, was purchased in 2007 but it died in 2012 - it would still turn on but not display any images

I've had a lot of bad luck with Samsung, stuff always dies on me between year 3 and 5 so I'm astonished when someone says their Samsung is still going after 12 years

What do you think of the A95K now you had it for a while ?
Also which model TV did it replace ?

I can really notice the increased colour quailty & brightness of this new Sony A95K QD-LED vs my older sony AF9 OLED

Got say am loving it and am so pleased i went for this new Sony QD-LED :):):)

Now trying to choose which movie to watch tonight ;) Think it going be the new Top Gun movie

Heh, even though it lists my model in the PDF, when I go to the link and try to register, it doesn't show up in the dropdown! :p

Apparently, you can register through the TV itself, so will give that a go when I eventually get it sett up.

Yea, I've seen reports of people phoning up to register as well

Early days yet, but the picture on this Samsung S95B OLED 55" is stunning, simply stunning.

It occupies the same space as my old Samsung 50" plasma, which shows how small the frame is on the new TV.

Can't believe I got a QD OLED for 1049 all in.
