2023 World Snooker Championship - 3rd April to 1st May

Trump's cue action is so unorthodox, have you seen how he aims up for long straight pots and relies on perfect timing to pull the back end of the cue towards his body as he strikes the white?

Brilliant when timing is right, but too many errors against a very capable McGill over this first round match.

One of the worst methods ever as he has to basically turn his cue into the shot every time, works for him but I can't imagine what ever made him play that way.

It's what they get used to - He's always done it that way so it's natural for him.

It's like the cue itself. If anyone picked up Ken's cue, they'd struggle because it's warped but he's always played with that cue and knows how to use it. John Spencer's cue barely had a straight bit of wood on it, but it never hurt him.

They're going to have to end it soon for the 1pm start. So it's going to be 9-8 to somebody and then they come back for a third time.

EDIT: Looks like they're carrying on!

Yep, playing to a finish, only right after the protest disruption they had the other night.

The BBC stream switched to BBC2 politics 5mins+ ago and I'm struggling to find a way to watch the match conclusion either on Freeview or BBC website... Any ideas?

Exit: BBC sport now has working link for decider, Milkins looks strong favourite.
