21/7 Bomb Ploters Guilty!

Seems that the Jury has been Dismissed as they failed to come to a conclusion on the last two BBC

I like this quote from the judge
Mr Justice Fulford also praised and thanked the jury of nine women and three men.

"Your patience, good humour and perseverance in the face of this lengthy trial has been exemplary," he said.

Good Humour? During a terror trial? I wonder what was said in court lol.

Does anyone know how they were able to find 4 guilty but not the other 2? Is there some doubt as to who the other 2 are as surely motive and intent are already established.

There where only 4 bombers, So I assume the two which they couldn't decide on, where involved in the building/planning side.

Can we hang them?

Nope and it's a good thing to. It costs more to hang someone than to lock them up for life, it's no punishment for terrorists and in America has actually lead to worse crimes as what the point.

I think the main issue is that of proving the conspiracy. The jury cannot reach a verdict so the prosecution will be pressed on whether a retrial is warranted.
