I've never really been in touch with what specs on a monitor are good. I know that low response times are desirable, but not the be-all, and that when comparing contrast ratios the higher the better, but that's about it.. and I've probably even got those wrong.
I've poked around and I like the look of these 3:
Samsung SM-2493HM
NEC LCD24WMGX3
Acer G24 (is this available without red surround?)
Current monitor is a Samsung 930BF and I love it, served me well and is awesome.
Spec away please
