Yeah I'm not liking the sound of that.Three films sounds a bit too much
This genre doesn't really work for me even on long films. Let alone multiple.

It does indeed however it sounds like there is still 200 grand of lens in front of it. They're just using the iPhone sensor.Sounds like "found footage" style.
Just read it's a trilogy and parts 1 and 2 have wrapped filming.
Bit bold to already have filmed part 4 without knowing how good part 3 is!

I'll be honest, I turned the sound down because I was fully anticipating a rick roll or a jump scare.
I'm not sure I agree with that entirely. If it were any other director handling it - sure, I'd absolutely be on board (the chief reason I didn't think much of 28 weeks later was because it had nothing to do with Danny Boyle or Alex Garland); but this is Garland and Boyle back together and they have a track record of some phenomenal collaborations. I'm...Somewhat hopeful that they aren't doing it for the money and are picking up a thread from where they left off. My only real regret is that they didn't manage to get either Cillian Murphy or Naomie Harris back, but that makes sense to a degree narratively speaking.Meh. I'll give it a go when it hit's streaming, but still don't think this should have ever been anything other than the first film.
