Hey rodo,

these will be fine to stream HD media too, after all a 1080p rip is only 4g an hour or something? :)

I have 2 of the 1.5TB models in raid 1 in my NAS, use them as a media server with no problem.
 
I don't usually open emails from OcUK etc... but I opened this one and am so glad that I did.

I've been looking for a new high capacity drive for my new build and thought that I'd have to settle on 1tb and then put another drive in at a later date (overspent on other components.) Hopefully I'll be able to bag one of these, although it looks like the competition is going to be pretty stiff.
 
Anyone know how this will actually work then? Like you click buy and then first 50 to fill in all the payment details etc get it for that price?
 
I was gonna get a 500gb hard drive for my first build. Hopefully with any luck that will be 2tb if im one of the ones who are lucky enough to get the order in quickly. Either way, whatever the outcome, hats off to OcUk for making such an awesome promo! :D

Never trust a business man ;) Haha I'm sure they are, see, what did I tell you, sell them that little bit cheaper than everyone else and everyone buys it from you. Your 'loss' then turns into a huge profit gain, rather than putting the price up a tad, making your 'profit' turn into a 'loss'. ;)

How will we know if it has gone out of stock? I mean if i'm typing out my bank details and pressing confirm, but then it goes out of stock, what then?

Also a little curious about this, thinking you've got one, then getting an email saying you we'rent one of the 50 and order has been cancelled would be a tad disheartening! :)

im going to buy all 50 and then sell them on ebay and make a nice profit :)
