2TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA SATA-II HARD DRIVE - JUST £79 inc VAT

What's the deal if you're purchasing through the checkout but they run out of stock before you click the confirm button on payment?
 
Definitely going to try for one of these, and a SATA enclosure too so can use it as an external jobby - any recommendations??

yes, dont buy them at the same time as it slow you up and you might miss the drive

buy the drive first, then go back and buy the enclosure...

that is my advice
 
If OcUK can get rid of 50 units within a minute, business must be damn good. I run an online retail store and we'd be lucky to get 50 orders in a whole month :p

I wasn't asking if I could buy both, I was asking for recommendations on a SATA enclosure ;)

That's not a good idea.

The best advice for anyone wanting other items in addition to the offer drive is to add the other items to your basket first. Then when the drives become available, add one to basket then checkout ASAP.

I believe they will be gone in seconds. Going to have to be very quick on the buy button.

They are already stored on your account. I just found out I won't be able to get one :mad: Bloody lecturer emailed me telling me about some out of the blue test I have on Thursday! Why do I ALWAYS miss the good deals!! :mad:

I really hope I manage to pick up one of these! Was planning on buying a 2TB drive anyway and at this price who could say no?
 
My first bargain of Year 2010!! Seagate has never failed me and I have lost count on how many of this branded hard disk I have owned so far - none have failed me. I will wait eagerly to be amongst the 50 to buy this.

Thats how they are subsidising the price :p First 50 get a deal, the other xxx amount get charged a drive at £135. OCUK clean up as 1 in 10 will just keep it and just think of the interest on all that money accrued until the rest are dsr'd and refunded.....


Btw.... I'm off work Thurs all day! Happy to run multiple browsers for anyone who wants to send me their log in details ;)

In your dreams pal! As much as I want this drive you aren't having **** :p. Also I can't see how OC would do that, it would cause more trouble than good. They have it listed as a seperate item anyway. The orginal drive can be purchased now at the regular price.
