Yep, unfortunately the discord bot was being throttled so the notification was sent out late, I managed to get there when the button was still green but alas there was no stock, must have missed out by a few seconds, gutted.

I'm monitoring discord, twitter and have distil running, I still only found out about the drop after the stock was already sold out. Not sure what else I can do other than get my luck upgraded lol
Maybe at this point its worth waiting for the 3080Ti to roll out???

Should be able to pick up a 3070/80/90 before then. I cant see them on release being any easier to bag than whats already being trickled out. The loopers will all be after them even if its to ditch the 3080 they already have to boast how much better the Ti version is.
Yes thats twice i have missed out on the 3080 gone for the 3060ti tide me over until the refresh and hopefully better days.

I had success finally through keeping an eye on the discord stock drop EU chat thread. People were posting direct links to the competitor buy pages for each card.
£470 for a 3070 I'm absolutely chuffed about, especially when AIBs are going for 6-7-sometimes even 800 quid.
3080 would have been nice, but really it would have cost me close to twice that as I'd have needed a new PSU also, so 4k with medium-high settings it is for the moment.
3060Ti is incredible value actually, but at 4K the 3070 is 15% faster in average frame rates in Flight Simulator, which makes it worth it to me.

Taken payment to payment authorisation took most of the day think it was 6pm (from 1.10pm) when payment was authorised then two days awaiting picking till next stage.
Was there a 3080 Fe drop?
I was randomly awake at 5am and glanced at my phone and saw the alert for some MSI cards and saw them in stock but decided half awake probably wasn't the best time to make a decision.

I got mine through distill, I have it set to check every 5 seconds.

I can't see any alert on the 3080 channel for yesterday (18th)
Not sure where you're looking but there was a drop off all the FEs including the 3080. Quite decent numbers looking at the reports of people getting them. They only lasted seconds still.
Stock Informer discord....there are no posts on the 3080 channel yesterday for me. Weird. What other stock monitors are people using?
This is the weird thing though... The 3060 FE alert came up and I clicked the link and it said "no available stock" or something. Felt annoyed, got a drink from kitchen , tried the link again and boom. Added to basket. This was a good 4 mins after the initial alert so guess they received a good amount yesterday.

No I'm also at the same stage, since 6.19pm yesterday.
I’m not expecting it to be picked until Monday at the earliest to be honest.
