30xx Series Founders Edition

Back when I got my 3080 FE it was picked same evening (also Friday) and delivered next day with free delivery.
Not the case this time it seems.

My 3060ti was picked at 1pm the following day after I ordered at 2pm launch day. Hopefully we get them before Christmas :)
 
I had a separate order for something else from this retailer. Was ordered early morning 17th. Only got dispatched this morning.

So my guess they are dispatching 3 days after orders being received currently.

Normally orders are dispatched same day or morning after, but they must have a backlog either due to lack of staff or DPD slots available.

Not sure if allowed to mention them here but I was using another Discord monitor and that also managed to miss all the FE cards yesterday. They made some excuse about the 3080FE being there for so little time that it fell between the bot's polling interval and was missed but the 3060Ti and 3070 were there for a bit longer and the 3090 for half an hour yet no notifications. Epic fail really.

I got pinged by a Twitter feed via browser notifications and jumped on it immediately. The notification was so prompt that I managed to race through the whole checkout process in about 20 seconds with no captchas or anything so obviously beat the rush.

Grabbed a 3060Ti for a friend as he was after one and I said I'd keep an eye out as I had the notifications set up. Already have a 3080 myself.

And yes mine is sitting at payment authorisation too, like everyone else.
 
taking bets on if we'll get another drop next week. unlikely but ... it does look like the European drops are a good sign one is imminent.
