Absolutely, but part of the hobby for me is trying out the new kit. I only kept my 1080ti so long because the 2080ti was a total comedy show.

Nah, appears to be either a Weds, Thurs or Friday between 1230-1430 from what we've seen so far.

They were available for at least half hour Friday, get Distill and Discord setup and you should get one potentially in the next week or two . (Read the last 10 pages for Distill/Discord info)

Managed to grab a 3070 FE to be delivered monday. I strongly recommend the following twitter account: https://twitter.com/PartAlert , its quite spammy but without it I wouldn't have managed to get this.

It definitely is on the one hand.

On the other hand, I can see why people are.

- Long wait times on pre-orders for cards that are more expensive than the FE anyway.

- Those cards which aren't available are more expensive again because the retailers are inflating prices further, not just punters on eBay.

- The FE's are the best looking cards so having one is preferable.

- If you want a 3070FE on Tuesday, the only way to make that happen, is to buy one for £600+ on eBay before Monday.
