I wholeheartedly agree. It was an idiotic oversight but I'll let them off if they manage to crush some skulls for me and get SFII out soon. I wish they sorted out the BC for timesplitters 3 though :(

NEW FEATURES
“Download manager” - Marketplace items now download in the background, queue up to six pieces of content

MN did say in a recent TV interview that it would take "30 seconds" to download approximately. But obviously that's depending on what Internet connection you have. Bearing in mind there is only a finite amount of the 360's flash memory (not sure how much!) it shouldn't be a massive file. 32Mb or less?

I would suspect it's a lot less than that, I would imagine at least some of the update will be updating original code rather than adding new code, so it shouldn't be huge at all.
