I have the resolution set to 1280x1024 and mode set to widescreen. Should I be getting black border on the top and bottom of my screen?

Same as you made, in "Extended" thingy.200sx said:What resolution are you running at?
The reason I originally asked this was that any circle shaped objects on the screen seem stretched vertically and was wondering if this was normal for a 16:10 widescreen.

If you have a widescreen display, you should be running a widescreen resolution, 1280x720 or 1360x768.200sx said:What resolution are you running at?
