3950x 3080 64gb ram crosshair formula viii

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed or lost power unexpectedly." They're baaaaack. So it wasn't the GPU or cable, nothing gets hot(not even warm) but after 3/4 hours of 7 Days to Die it just blue screens, I am going to switch my nvme drives with another clean install but I'm stumped by this.

Is there anything else around the same time as this error?

Did you see what the BSOD said at all? as this would indicate what the issue could be related too.

Ryzen 9 3950x(temps never above 64c)
Cooler master AIO water cooler
Asus crosshair formula viii mobo
Vulkan 64gb ram (memtested already)
ROG strix 850W psu
7700 xt/ 3080(thought this was the issue before) (gpu temps never above 61c)
Sabrent rocket 1tb C drive
Sabrent rocket 2tb D drive
