Currently on 2200 or so with a Radeon X850XT.

Cane anyone give me a rough idea as to what score I will achieve (approx of course :) if I replace it with a X1900-XTX with the below specs:

FX55, 2 gig Ram (DDR 400), K8N Neo4 mobo 250 Gig HD (16 MB cache) Would like to see 5K:)

BTW, is the X1900-XTX **TWICE** as fast as an X850? - Not just scores - but in GAMES. Example, would 34 FPS in "F.E.A.R" be at least 68 fps – (in the same part of the game?)

Nice score Air-fresh (9171), but really, do you need that much power *NOW* for games....?? Would go CF myself if I thought Ireally needed it, but don't think I do (well - not at 1280x768 anyway)!

Antx - You could say its overkill, but I just got it in my head one night and bought it, I'd reccomend it to anyone, having had it built by OCUK however it dosent give it any real "feel" and TBH it looks like they spent more time slapping their name over everything rather than concentrating on putting it together.

If you are capable of building it yourself then I suggest you do so, not only will you save a handy stash you will feel like you've achieved somthing, I will only feel that when I clean install windows for myself.

Surely you will onyl "feel" thats its urs when you strip it down and rebuild it.
jeez i reinstall windows once a week, it dont make a pc yours!

Excuse me while I go and buy a Dell 30" Lcd so I can run upto 2560 x 1600 resolutions.

Its silly bcos no one "realistically" games at those resolutions Its simply for bragging rights, I'm happy to game at 1024X768 and have the added benefit of a TV tuner included.

And yes people do play at 2xxx x 1xxx resolutions, thats the main point of Xfire and SLi unless you didnt grasp that whole concept?

Your 3d mark 01 score is low also? And your 05 i would have thought to be higher

I didnt attack you, I just pointed out the fact your system is way overpowered for the screen you are using...
I shall do the scores on the tables tomorrow :).
