Thanks for putting my mind at rest! It's weird that my CPU score is a lot better than my GPU scores.

If I do overclock I'll be doing the conroe, low temperature makes it easier and I'm not brave enough to push up the X1800XT too much.

Currently at work but did provisional run of 3dmark06 and got 8800 with rig below (both X1900 cards are at stock and hoping I can get another 200MHz or so on cpu and would love to break the 10000 barrier mark)

i got bored with my gx2 so giving a go with the crossfire setup

the gx2 setup has a 300mhz cpu lead @ 2.93, (crossfire at 2.67 defaults)
will do a proper run when my psu arrives

Maddness, your CPU scores are off the chart. They almost double what I get with my opty 170 at 2.7ghz. I should be able to keep up with your graphics scores though with a little more gentle overclocking.
