If you have a spare SSD use that instead in case it makes no difference.

Install the bare minimum to get it up and running and then test.

If its the same then you can just swap back to the original drive and carry on.

Did you send back the 4080s?

Hi! Sorry for commenting on a dead thread, but did you solve your problem? I bougth the same video card (gigabyte 4080 super, upgrade from a radeon 6800xt) yesterday and I have the same issues. Did ddu, etc too. Thanks
