Why dont you use the Windows Magnifier tool for apps?

I am interested myself with it being £500 for 4k monitor.

Magnifier look bad and its not practical for that use every time you need see an App.

I have a 1080P monitor connected as well, so the caveat of small apps is not a problem, as I just drag them across to the 1080P screen but for a single screen user, it could be a pain. Of course there is no need to run desktop at 4K either.

I would go so far as to say a pair of 7950's would hold their own quite easily with most settings on max.

I'm glad you love your 4k monitor mate. For me though I don't see the point in 4k yet...it's too early for most still. I saw 4k today and wasn't that impressed tbh. It impressed me more when the screen was over 50". Below 50" it was that all that.

Just my opinion greg. Like I said glad your enjoying it. That's all that matters.

I agree, ideally I wanted a ~40inch low lag screen for gaming... Having said that I couldnt wait and have also ordered one of these to tide me over till my ideal screen comes along

I've been having this chat also, but with new GPU's? Do I get 2 780's or 2 780Ti? or wait to see if 790 comes out? I'm gonna try to hold out a while longer. Will wait and see what June brings?

I couldn't hide that. She's comes in my game room everyday. She would notice. I want the most power so it can last me a good 4 to 5 years.
