Thanks.
Think I will email him on a price for my 75X94 using a Virgin V6 box and a Panasonic UB900.
I think it will be in the £300+ range

£300 is about what i paid at the time. Solihull isn't much further from Manchester than Stourport, so i can't see the price being that much different.

First 2 arrived today, will watch pacific rim later on.

Really enjoyed The Martian on UHD. Despite getting Pacific Rim a week or two ago I've not watched it yet, saving it for when I'm really in the mood.

This came today for me, hit 41 in total. £13 off eBay, bargain. Also looking forward to Planet Earth 2 coming.

Nice collection, I'm hoping to have the same.

I've just watched the grand tour through the amazon app on the TV and in UHD HDR the picture is great but the sound is ever so slightly out of sync, any ideas?

I went mental when I first got a 4K player and 55" KS7000, bought 35 UHDs in like 4 weeks. Slowing down now, only snap them up when I see a bargain.

Not sure mate... Works fine for me - but our equipment likely differs.

PE2 is going to blow everything else away, I can feel it.

And don't bother with Oblivion. Some claim it's more "film like" or "authentic" than the Bluray but the basic fact is that it's just not as clean or sharp. Only disc I have that disappointed me.

Ordered my self another 4 4k blu rays today. I ordered Resident Evil Afterlife, Ghostbusters female cast, Sicario and Xmen Apocalypse.

Looking forward for them get delivered, next week i'll be ordering Warcraft, Pacific rim and Mad max, It's a addiction i tell you i can't stop.

I've had my player for about 3 weeks and my collection is already more than 10 4K blu rays. Damn expensive!

Which player you got?

Which player you got?
The Samsung UBD K8500, Got it at a fantastic price with three blu rays brand new with 6 year extra warranty for just over £200 with a price match.

Nice little player i must say, although when i move out later this year i think i will be upgrading to a Oppo with a AV Receiver, and hopefully a dolby atmos surround system.

Any issues with it? I've read some conflicting views.

I'd have sold you my Ghostbusters reboot - got it with the player and haven't felt the slightest urge to watch it.

I watched first ten minutes and thought it was awfully cringingly bad humour. Then didnt bother. Finally picked up a cheap 2nd hand Revenant so look forward to that.

Just got a 40" Samsung 6400 & the Samsung UHD player for £590 from JL which is being delivered Sat hopefully (only wanted 40" for my desk as a PS4 / XBOne /UHD display)

Will mean I now have 14 UHD's in total (admittedly three I got free with the bundle Im not that interested in tbh)

Gives me a few months to really save up for a 65" for the living room and see what '17 models are like and availability etc or might just save a little and go for '16 model depending on reviews.

edit - from what I can tell browsing a few shops there arent that many more UHD's I actually want - possibly Goodfellas and Jupiter Ascending is it for now, but only after the price of the latter esp goes down significantly , while I like the film and cinematography should look fab in 4k im not paying ~£35 for it.
