I did as well, thought it too good to be true and thought it was dodgy - safe to say so far I've been impressed although they don't half spam my hotmail acct :rolleyes:
 
I tend to use ninite which is great for installing everything post format, just select the ones you're interested in.

CCleaner, Defraggler, VLC, and two more of someone else's choice.

Just find a freeware program that has the features you need (BurnAware, CDBurnerXP, etc).

The usual suspects are a good start - Adblock Plus, Stylish, Greasemonkey. I use Xmarks and Lastpass for bookmark and password management respectively.
