50 Series Partner Cards Showcase

We are getting an idea of the prices these cards will be. This is for a store in Finland... so I'm hoping isnt classed as a competitor in the UK, but if it is let me know and I'll take it down. Only the Windforce clocks in the Nvidia's FE price, +200 Euro's for the Gaming OC's and plus +300 Euro's for the Master and +400 Euro's for the Water Cooled Variant.

Honestly, better than I was expecting.

+400 Euros for a factory water blocked card is not that bad. You are looking at 200 Euros just for the block before install + voiding warranty along with it.

Of all the pre-watercooled 5000 series cards, this one is my favourite looker - the Colourful iGame Neptune RTX 5080.

However, according to Techpowerup this is only coming in the 5080 version, there isn't a RTX 5090 in this format.

Good discussion on Gamers Nexus about the thermal solution on the 5090

Really great video and major kudos due to Nvidia for allowing the engineer to discuss it in detail.

What I was paying attention to the most was the interconnects between the boards for fitting a waterblock to it. As the video output board is on a flexible cable, the waterblock is now going to become a structural part of the card rather than just bolted on as before.

when do you think OCUK will gets hands on the stock? like a few days before?

Ive just tried to look and cannot see any hands on reviews yet, and we are only 2 weeks away from release

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series embargoes: January 24 for GeForce RTX 5090, January 30 for GeForce RTX 5080

They likely have pallets of the stuff just waiting in the warehouse under lock and key.
Remember they are ready to go for DPD next day/Saturday delivery from the 30th so it's obvious they've got the stock for some time now.

Yes the waterblock solution will be interesting especially as the PCB has been designed very much with the stock cooler in mind

I can see the board partners following this solution if it proves to be effective

Alphacool have stated on thier German forums to basically avoid the FE if you want to watercool because they have no idea about the prospect of a block for the FE design.
