Any news on my order Fatboy please? I've also posted in the customer services forum as my confirmation order has an incorrect address on (for the thrid time :confused:) and it delays next day delivery as it confuses the driver so if you can make sure somebody looks at that as well, greatly appreciated.
 
Fatboy, any chance I could actually get a card any time? I ordered on launch day (or the day after) and still haven't had anything whilst it seems others have. Despite the card ordered being the one's you guys have had in stock numerous times (because I've always got you to swap it to that one before it came in stock). If you remember, I actually cancelled an order with a competitor just to stay true to OCuK as well, and still don't have anything 2 weeks later!

Your order was one of the first orders to ship out on the 5th. You have changed your order several times and I personally manged your order myself. You changed from a in stock 5870 to several out of stock 5850's so this is hardly OcUK's fault.

You are well aware of the situation and I have kept you updated at every available opportunity.

Don't appreciate this type of post especially when your order has already shipped.

Been monitoring the launch of the 5800 series here and must admit i'm mightily impressed by the way Fatboy and the other OCUK staff have handled the situation. Yes they made promises they eventually couldn't keep on stock due to delays, but when they have had the stock they've done an excellent job of getting it out to the thronging masses. Changing orders multiple times is bound to cause confusion and although it perhaps should have been handled in a more formal manner than using a forum (Telephone, webnotes etc)

I've order from here many times over the years, as well as another large online etailer and never had problems (although i have with the other Etailer).

Just thought I'd give Fatboy and OCUK a pat on the back (+1 post towards free delivery which i just found out about).

I might get a 5850 myself if my existing hardware doesn't strangle the performance too much

I can't beleive you have posted that after seeing your other thread. Fatboy has being nothing but a star in this regard and has gone much further than any other retailer i have ever dealt with.

These forums have changed a lot in the last 6 months.

People constantly moaning and whining about things that arn't within Fatboys grasp, unbelievable. I can't remember seeing this ever!!!

He's certainly gone out of his way to help you all.
