My bad, I rang DPD yesterday and they told me there was no shipment under my name or to this address. So I got worried nothing had been shipped yet. A bit concerned now. :(

I missed something at the door. But it turns out it wasn't DPD, but rather a Citylink Amazon delivery (or someone else?). So DPD never turned up at all yesterday, and when I rang through they said I wasn't on record at all, so I couldn't even get a re-delivery done or find out if I was expecting a delivery.

Any chance you could get a consignment number? Queue position 2 in OCuK helpline at the mo.


EDIT: On the phone to you guys now. Apparently it was DPD yesterday, but your guy is phoning through to ensure they have me on record and for re-delivery. Bizarre.

Apologies for this. I did ring DPD yesterday to try and attempt to catch the driver if it was him still in the area. This was when they told me there was no delivery to my address. I assume the gentlemen I spoke to simply miss heard my post code or something along those lines, because clearly there IS a delivery here lol.

Sorry to bother you fatboy, but could you take a look at my order. I got en email saying my PC had been shipped yesterday but the SSD and gfx card (5850) was held up by stock shortage, the SSD came in to stock today and i thought i had a gfx reserved as i ordered early on sat morning. Can you have a look and let me know the state of things and when i should expect the ssd and gfx card?

Just got off the phone to OCuK, turns out my delivery is due today hopefully around 5pm'ish. It was DPD whom I missed yesterday.

Anyway, cheers for all the help Phil ;). Spot on job and I do appreciate it. The annoyance set in when I thought I wasn't getting my card for another week+ lol. Though they do say patience is a virtue. I bet because of my moment of impatience the card blows up and destroys my flat or something lol.

Anyway, cheers and good luck. You guys are seemingly busy at the mo, which means OCuK are doing things right.
 
Received my HIS 5850 this morning, thanks for your time and efforts fatboy, it came with Dirt 2 and thanks for honoring the original price you said they would be, I am so pleased with the HIS package and the 5850 is big :p

I have an XFX on my desk that I can swap over for you. Sapphire is OOS at the moment don't know quite what has happened.
