Hey Fatboy, thanks for all your help yesterday and sorting the address problem out however I am surprised that in my thread on customer services, 28 have now read it nobody has replied yet?

I thought you might want the pictures of the address labels to assist in you sorting the problem out. I also thought, even though you posted in here to say yesterday's problem was sorted, that somebody would have posted a response?

Or are people looking to just have a laugh at my spelling and grammar? :p

I've been enthusiastic about the great PR job you're doing for OCuk, Fatboy. Keep up the good work! I coughed up a few dollars more and ordered from OCuk because of your great updating. ;)

I ordered a Powercolor HD5850 when I saw they were coming, but then I got stuck in identity verification because I live so close to Russia, and I'm worried I didn't get one reserved. Could you change my order to the Gigabyte one that are arriving on monday, if I'm not going to get a Powercolor? Or any HD5850 would suffice, as my old GFX if broken and my gaming tooth is severely acting out... :)

Sorry to post in here but I am getting ignored in the customer services forum. I take back my thanks I gave you for sorting the address problem out yesterday because clearly it wasn't! :(

I have just checked my tracking number,

and i will not be getting my card delivered today! (AGAIN)

From what I can make out from DPD's website is the card was despatched for delivery to DL12 (my home address postcode not my work address which I selected and got confirmation on). This means it went to the Newcastle depot.


It now appears to have been relabelled to my work postcode (DL7) today and will now have to go to York for delivery out to me tomorrow (this assumes that the address is not half of my work address and half of my home address like last time which then took them a week to find me and deliver to me?).

I thought that contacting yourselves first when I spotted something amiss with the delivery address on my order confirmation would have stopped this happening especially since you have got my address wrong on my previous two deliveries.

The odd mistake is acceptable and happens in every business but for it to happen 3 times in a row when I have advised you of this problem is unacceptable.

I am seriously thinking of not ordering from ocuk ever again.:mad:

Hear, hear! Fantastic service as always, I wanted to register to say that, the updates have been very helpful!

I'm waiting on OC885577, an XFX ordered on 24th September. Hope they send you guys more soon to fulfill all back orders!

Yes nice to see some great customer service. That's another good question. I ordered Sapphire too but was apparently very late.

My Sapphire 5850's left the factory yesterday and have been passed onto the forwarders. Again another large quantity expected Monday / Tuesday

I do have a comment. You have entered your own address details onto your order yourself we have nothing to do with that. Your order was stuck in our fraud protection system which I cleared the other day for you. The address details that you have entered on your order are the one it is shipping to, if they are incorrect it is your fault not mine.

This is not a customer service part of the forum please either use the support forum or call our customer service team.
 
Thanks for the reply but I will disagree with yoru diagnosis since the details are unaltered from what is stored on you system but I will ring customer services as requested to take it further.

You enter the information. What you enter on the website is what is printed on your shipping label.
 
Actually I owe you a big apology :o

It would indeed appear that my work address has the last 3 lines of my home address on the system and I have never noticed this when ordering stuff, just ticked the work address box.

Perhaps I did enter that info in a fit of madness or at some point it got corrupted. However, I really should have noticed prior to this delivery so it's all my own fault.:mad:

I could kick myself for being a stupid **** and taking it out on yourselves especially you, Fatboy.

Please accept my sincerest apologies and I have learnt (yet again) that be sure of your facts before jumping in with two feet!
