Those are some pretty fantastic Crysis benchmarks I must admit.
Tom|nbk I would love to see what happens with a dx10 bench based off ATi's SSAA, if you get the time throw a pic up for me, seeing the comparison of in-game AA against SSAA would be epic.
Sooo preeeettttyyyyy!
That's awesome man, looks fantastic. Go 5870!
One other final note Tom m8 its not just the AA thats messed up in dx10 mode on res 5 but also in dx10 mode the cutsceanes will turn into a complete BLACK SCREEN once the cutsene is finished back to normal lol
also there is massive frames dipping going on in res 5 dx mode
all the issues seem to be with dx10 mode though as dx9 mode is perfection. strange lol
Try 4xAA in DX10 mode with Resi5 - seems to cure the black cut scene prob for me.One other final note Tom m8 its not just the AA thats messed up in dx10 mode on res 5 but also in dx10 mode the cutsceanes will turn into a complete BLACK SCREEN once the cutsene is finished back to normal lol

Think it worth playing with the DX9 render then to get buttery smooth framerates? The drop in visual quality will be barely noticeable I'm guessing when you're actually playing the game.Just loaded up the game and my god it runs like butter in DX9 mode with AA. It feels like a totally different game, finally we are starting to see hardware that can match this demanding engine.
Crysis with AA completely transforms it as well IMO. I think another play through is in order.
