5870 Vantage result...

5870 @ 900 GPU 1230 MEM - Q6600 @ 3.7 - W7 64

This Vantage score look alright for the specs??..0_o

This should give you a comparison:

Mine though is a 4870X2 with a Core i7 920 CPU...and its only the CPU that is overclocked to 4.0GHz. The GPU has not been touched.

I scored 13400 with my cpu stock 2.93 gig so yours seems a little low.

Its my 3dmark score that was 13400 i never looked at the gpu score.I used vista 64 sp2.My 4870 x2 scored 13000 or just under with my cpu stock and i got 13800 with my cpu at 3.6 gig with the x2 card.

I just overclocked mine to 3.6 so still under your clock of 3.7 and i scored

Your link is broke, CPU score is close enough for me to come to the conclusion my setup is OK.

No doubt have physx enabled to artificially inflate your CPU score.

Our card is faster than his 280 but his cpu is lots faster than ours and he has ddr3 so id say his score is about right.A Core i7 965 @ 3750 MHz (3.6 + Turbo mode).

Nope physx is disabled on my system (Makes Arma2 run faster)

i7 4.1 Ghz 8 threads v Q6600 3.7 Ghz 4 threads in a CPU loving benchmark, there is only going to be one winner.

i7 920 D0 @ 4.5ghz is much much faster than a q6600 @ 3.7 though.But i agree his score should be where mine is over 14k.

I set my 5870 at the same overclock as you have raven, I guess in P mode it is cpu limited, try extreme?
