6xl to just xl I hope

Well had a very bad few day :(

New family moved into the cul de sac I live in.

Nothing but agro since - police, loud noises everything :(

So sleep ruined, meaning I was really lathargic when I went to the gym and did crap :(

But I went - that's the positive.

I also decide to have a real treat on Saturday - I made a big Chinses Stir Fry :) No noodles or rice, just chicken and piles of veg with a Stein of Hot lemon water :)

Got a good night's sleep last night though and feel better today.

Doing crap in the gym would mean not going, or going and just standing around!

As long as you went and did something that got the heart pumping then be pleased. We can't all perform to our best every single time in the gym.

Yeah by crap I mean, I went I did a ghood 45 minutes cardio each time really got out of breath and pushed myself each time to get to that point, but did very little resistance, weights etc

And my recovery was rubbish because of said disruptions so very little chill out, snooze time :(

Ergo I am both aching and feel dead right now

Ok well not posted for 9 days

Just getting betetr though after getting a bug or flu that nailed me for that past 4 days.

Food's been ok - though I do get the odd hunger pang - A bottle of water normally sorts that if it doesn't a apple or the like does.

Exersize is fine - I'm thinking of going back to the gym sooner now - I'm still not 100% confident for my PT session, but the simple act of building in 1 or 2 sessions a week will help for certain.

the other option is Swimming - which I have to say I'd prefer.

Any thought's on either Gym or Swim as a pre to re-engaging the PT?

Well been speaking to my old PT - hopefully close to a deal between ourselves which will be epic if it happens, and means I'll be abck with the PT before June!!!

Really excited about this - Time for a Celabratory Steak and salad tonight :)

I used to cycle a lot a few years back.

Hollingworth Lake and Todmorden were great rides out when the weekend was nice.

Then I got clipped on my bike by some young driver and haven't got back on one since

Bit of a wobble this weekend - had a very very relaxed weekend, did a little walking round a local park but other then that did very little - should have made more use of the time then that really.

Still working things out with the PT for sessions.

Well I am officially looking forward to a long weekend relaxing and winding down.

I've managed a hour to a hour and half every night at the gym since my last post.

Really enjoying being back in the gym, and finding that the fitness level I had before my brothers wedding is still there.

Normally doing a split three day session - times are rough as I don't normally time just take a look at the clock and decide it's time to switch

Day 1 -
30 minutes on the punch bags / Kick bags
15 minutes weight's - normally simple weights 30kg's at the most each arm
15 minute warm down on the treadmill

Day 2 -
30 minute 4.5kph walk on the tread mill 5 degree incline
10 minutes sit up (min of 15 reps with short break between)
20 minutes leg's on weight machines - normally sticking to between 100-150kgs there

Day 3 -
10 minutes on the butterfly machine forward
10 minutes butter fly machine backward
10 minutes standing weights machine
10 minutes 40kg's + bar chest press
20 minutes 4.5 kph walk 5 degree incline

Then repeat

I sleep like I'm dead, I'm finding I'm not feeling hungry, but my water intake is going up - especially with this weather.

My clothes feel a lot looser - so much so I had to buy a new pair of Jeans to wear - down from the start of this in 'snug' fitting 54 inch waist, to a pair that I needed a new belt with at 48 inch.

Those number's I like. I'm also under no illusion that it won't drop like that forever and it will slow down, but I really feel a lot better for it :)

Ok so good news bad new post....

Start with the bad (So at least we end on a positive)

Gym was fine for a couple of days after my last post, and then my ankles swelled up massively, it hurt to walk hugely - and I had to take a couple of days off the Gym.

I expected it to happen, but the pain and pressure was more then I expected, by a long shot.

However silver cloud etc

I was aiming for this for between June and August, but

I start with my PT next this week!!! Really chuffed and I'm looking forward to having a steady single session a week with him ( It's all I can currently affourd) So that's on the horizen :)

PT-Day :)

Looking forward to seeing him again and getting back on it.

I have chilled back from last week to rest up and relax, Just done the simple routine I started with every other day to let me rest, let my body recoup.

Had a few wobbles - but more because of a lack of intake and feeling full or not feeling hungry so not eating. I had had 1 Pizza, but it was home made and it was just a tortila, little bit of elft over tomatoe sauce stuff, some cheese and chirozo..
