6xl to just xl I hope

Yeah - I agreed that with the PT last night aswell.

Not sure what to add though?
After last night's session -
Arms - Dead, did get up to 100kgs on the sit down rowing style arm curl to chest though so I do still have some strength there
Legs - really dead and burning, Did a 20 minutes 4.5kph walk first though then kicks, lunges and leg press lifts
Back - Surprisingly fine

Well two weeks abck with the PT, feeling a lot better for it :)

I've swapped my shorts for some I was wearing just before my brothers wedding - they were a little close on fitting - but they fitted :)

Slight down side is they were baggy before the wedding - but hey, I can fit in them again with out them looking to daft, so I'm definatley down-sizing :)

Sorry yeah not updated this for a few days

Gym is going well, and food is going well - much more balanced.

Slowly brought my intake up to about 1600 now :)

Feel great for it and weight does feel like its coming off, nice and slowly aswell :)

Still gyming, still doing, 1 treat day every couple of weeks so far - aminly of a simple steak salad though - sometimes with a jelly aswell but often not :)

1600 seems such a low number - I think I'd shoot myself I had to cut to 1600 a day.

Although I remember when starting out on my journey from 20 stone I'd regularly eat that low and I don't remember finding it particularly gruelling, its a strange one.

How do you feel its going? Any noticeable changes with clothes etc?

Yeah - as long as I keep the water intake up, I'm fine :)

1600 is quite low - I do try to bulk it up on gym days more so that I can have a good gym session and work well :)

Lifting in the gym is good as well - not massive weights but I'm good :)

I'm working on the fitness side currently - finding that I am running out of breth quicker

I'm going between 3-4 times a week currently 1 of which is with my PT.

I've upped my intake as I was finding I was feeling more worn out more then I was feeling was good.

All I get is lots of tuts and yeah yeah when ever they start off about my weight loss.

I am feeling much better now, though I'm finding I'm really out of breath and tired

If you know you're putting the effort in and you're getting the benefits then ignore them some people can't help but try and pee all over your chips.

This is your journey dude, if you're putting the effort in and still seeing results tell them to politely to keep opinions to themselves. Don't let them derail you with negativity.

Fair point rigs :)

I'm not feeling negative from it - it's jsut the way the family is at times.

I'm happy and getting on with this - and its down to them to change there attitude

Usually family will get behind and support a family member. Not put them down. I personally find that bizarre. Or in most cases, it would spur them on to do the same.

It is great that your determination pushes you forward.

Well end of the month

My Trainer has just started his own macronurtrition based meal's so that makes food at home a dodle and its within budget as well :)

Done 3 extra gym sessions this week alone and walked over 30km with Pokemon go rofl.

My knees aren't aching as much but my feet do feel and look swollen aswell at the end - so more time needed.

Starting to see some shoulder defination aswell which is great - no longer just a round line but some actual diagnol to the tops of my shoulders :)

Did a 30 a 30 minute pure shoulder weights session on thursday night and my arms were so dead :)

Well had a big blow out yesterday at dinner before the gym

Lots of chicken, but it was a really nice meal (Yard'N'Coop)

But it is the first time in a month or more so its been ok.

Well it's been a very very painful month since I last posted here.

First off a few days after the post above I had a huge mental set back with my biological father resurfacing which almost triggered a big eating binge.

Managed to not eat, but I did get monumentally drunk though :(

Missed about 5 gym sessions - not planned ones just get up and go ones.

I've also rebalanced my food intake aswell

Breakfast is still 2 slices of brown buttered toast, a pot of pineapple and a bottle of water.
Dinner I now make myself
Slice of crustles quiche, handful of rocket, 5-6 cherry tomoates, 2 mini chicken breasts and a table spoon of Potatoe Salad (the good for you version) and a bottle of water.
Te wise I get the meals from my PT for 5 nights then have 2 nights of steak, rocket, tomoates and potatoe salad

So I have upped my calorie intake and I feel a lot lot better for it, but it's not been plain sailing.

I've had a few injuires to deal with aswell -
landed hard on my wraist as i fell out of bed one morning so that still aches a lot, but nothing broken
Dropped a small 7.5kg weight on my toe after a session
Walked into a door at home - don't ask it was very early am and I hadn't woken up
Tripped over the door step at home and landed face first on the floor

Oh and had a very strong breeze smack the car door into my right leg leaving a lovely huge bruise and me limping for a while.

So Yeah - it's been very very eventful.......

I'm also helping my work place plan a epic Pentatholon next year

Its going to all be in aid of charity, over the entire year.

As a group (there is about 200 of us in my department) we are going to try to do the following
1 - Cycle the distance of the Earth, 25000 miles
2 - Swim the North Sea, 580KM
3 - Climb Everest 8848 meters high
4 - Row the Nile, 6853 KM
5 - Walk the Great Wall of China, 5500.3 miles long

As its a group effort across 200 of us - its not to bad, but its going to be a massive challange and I'm aiming to help with the swimming, the walking, the climbing and the rowing.

Swimming - I want to do at least 100 lengths a month
Walking I want to try build up from 4 miles a month to start with, ending on hopefully 10-15 miles a month
Climbing - I deally I want to go up and down the stairs at work twice month at least
Rowing - I want to aim for 2000 meters in the first month and if I can end the year on 10,000 in a month then I'll be chuffed

I'm planning to start gentle training for this in October so that I at least feel ready for the level of work I am going to have to put in next year :)

And yes we are doing this all on Gym equipment / Bikes / Stairs and walks - we aren't actually doing these in RL, but just in distance form
