8 PACK MEMORY RANGE GROWING: SAY HELLO TO 8 PACK RIPPED EDITION & 32GB KITS!!!

Mine say the same in CPU-Z, although when I set them to XMP in the bios it (attempts, in my case) to boot to 3600MHz correctly.

They're really quality modules, now i'm hovering over buying a 3700X. It's just a shame that pricing has gone up in the past couple of months (for obvious reasons).

How tall are these? Will they fit in the NZXT H1?

You can remove the top of the heatsync to help with clearance.

Are these kits single rank? I thought all 16GB sticks were dual rank but in this video published today by gamer's nexus, at the end he said 2 x16GB is best but mentioned single rank in that statement:
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/forums/posts/34188731/
I would add that I asked Buildzoid during a livesteam which was better 4 x 8Gb or 2 x 16GB (bDie), and he said that it depended on the motheboard because some did not work well with 2 x 16GB configuration not passing DDR3466. I currently have 4 x 8GB and have got them back to the same settings including unlocked power limit on CPU with PBO on (but limited to x4 scaler whereas now I have the x10 option in F31e for Gigabyte Aorus Elite X570) + I am swapping out 3900x for 5900x which was preordered within minutes of the 2pm launchtime.

In fact I learned from Buildzoid that the 4 single ranks of 4 single sticks boost performance for Zen 2, so maybe this info is just news to gamer's nexus and they don't watch Buildzoid's videos on memory overclocking. Its why I purchased Patriot Viper Steel 4400 which has no chance to boot at XMP & you even need to change proODT from 53 ohms to 40ohms before it posts @ 3600MT/s.

Moreover I learned from Lummi (another youtube overclocker), that the 2 x 16GB kits are easier on the memory controller on the CPU and therefore can clock higher, even if the actual chips were binned exactly the same.

The dark pro 2x16gb kit is dual rank I believe.
Does this Dark Pro logo have any connection to the Asus Crosshair Dark Hero X570 which is not yet availble to buy; in the UK.
No connection.

You're right, its only some 16GB micron/crucial sticks (which cost a bomb) have 2GB per chip x 8 gives 16GB per dimm single sided. Every other manufacturer including Samsung is using 1GB per chip so a 16GB dimm will have 2 ranks. This is good if you don't need more than 32GB and want to be able to overclock. If that's not true u need to pay big bucks for the Crucial 16GB single rank sticks for 64GB total system ram.
