It had also been a problem of mine - I end up putting off upgrading because something better is always going to be launched soon. At the end I had to rebuild a whole new pc, because no modern components would fit!!! :D

I called to try and change my order from an EVGA to a Zotac AMP but there's just an automated message that tells me to check the website - I don't want info, I want to change my order! I'm even going for a MORE EXPENSIVE card, they should be dying to take my money :(

Can I change my order by webnote?

If I change to a Zotac, will I definitely get one next week (don't care if it's Monday or not, as long as it's next week)? If not, would I definitely get a BFG OC2 next week?

But the way you wrote it made it seem that you ordered "a quad and those gts" for your maximus! :p

Edit: I'm wondering how come no one is posting about having ordered an Asus (they are in stock).
After all, the Gainwards etc had been lapped up...

If you're that desperate... ring them and check. £18 would add to the premium prices the current 8800GT are going for on OcUK.
 
Yeah fair enough that sentance wasn't very just to clarify and make things clear the quad is for my maximus, the 2 GT's are for the Striker and I will use my E6700 on the Striker. But I might just use the quad on the striker instead of having to mess around with my watercooling.

I don't think it will go out today if the BFG OC2's are arriving next Monday to OcUK warehouse...

Wait a sec, when I changed my order to the OC2 more than a week ago I never saw it "printed in our warehouse" :eek: Now I hope there's nothing wrong with MY order, since you only changed yours recently.... :(

No I believe it is (warehouse queue) to (printed) to (despatched).. I assume printed stage is when they have stock on the system.

At least it was for my DIMMs this week.
