8800GT Stock?

Grrr! I sent a webnote on Friday asking them to change my order to a Zotac and they replied on Saturday saying my order number was wrong. So I sent it again with some extra details to help them find the order (I don't see how the number could be wrong, I copied and pasted it from their own email) and of course they haven't read it yet so it looks like I've missed the Zotac stock!

Any idea when the next batch will be in?
 
If you want instant answers I'd really suggest pick up the phone and make a call to the guys for inquiries regarding stock / changes to your order, the reluctance to do so and sit in this thread and pray is staggering! The guys over there are extremely helpful and sort things out in seconds, call them!

Aside from that, not long till Monday now and we'll hopefully be receiving our cards soon. :)
 
guys dont trust the web site, you woudl do better to ring them and ask if they have any in stock on a daily basis (hope that doesent make any ocuk staff swear at me)

when I got mine the web site showed out of stock, but as i live in fenton and was driving past anyway, I nipped in and asked, and there were some asus's in stock (1 less when i left :P )

yeah i would call them 1st thing on monday

i had ordered a EVGA SC on the 30th oct but due to EVGA being poor communicators at when they would have stock delivered i called OCUk and had it changed to the BFG

very helpul on the phone OCUK are too
 
I tried calling on Friday and again on Saturday but the lines were clogged both times. I assumed they weren't open today as it's Sunday. I will call them first thing Monday but that won't help me get my parts Tuesday like I should have done :(

I had the same problem on a recent Vista x64 install; SATA driver wasn't correctly installed or had issues; installed the latest GSATA driver and it was fixed.
 
The trouble is soon as they come in they go out that's why the constantly changing ETA's.
This card is so overrated only the very best sample boards are worth getting and that is pot luck, the badly clocking ones are not much better than an overclocked 8800gts.Maxed mine out and only getting about 1000 more marks on 3dmark06 than my 8800gts.
