Not really, it’s a serviced house. A single room in a travel lodge will probably cost the best part of £1.5k for a month. That sleeps 15 and is a lot nicer than a travel lodge!

There are some use cases where i can see a need to pay over the odds for a short term let vs a hotel but why so much!

there are a few other propertied in MK that command +4k month where as the usual is ~1.6-2k for 4 bed properties so any one know what the deal is with in these instances?

room sizes are too small, it’s not worth it and those that would pay 8k a month would desire more customisation.

agreed - I’ve seen board expat packages that would provide a family home rent free and private schools for the kids etc.
 
These aren’t houses for long term rent where people live, it’s a serviced house for corporate events etc. it’s fully furnished, has cleaners that come and change the sheets etc.

Basically a huge air BNB but on right move.

People doing that to beds need beaten, when you go to bed you want to go to bed, not spend half an hour taking all that **** off it.
