He killed me 6 times in a row, then I left.

He was crippling china single handedly as there were team manovers going on, and he would spawn and kill everyone who was sniping etc.

Ask him nicely to stop doing it, and he killed me again.

Usually by this time of night you do not get people like that playing :mad:

Exactly. I tried many kick votes, but because it's only a small server there weren't enough people to make a sucessful vote

Went back on the same team, and everyone on the server was annoyed with him, moaning and his excuse was he was TK'd once earlier by someone who left when he was trying to get into the jet!

I mean, :mad:

You walk round a corner into me with a DAO 12 whilst youve got a G36 and in all likelyhood youd be dead b4 u could get a shot off.

At long/medium range you may well have the upper hand with the G36C, but thats the whole point of the different weapons. They are all useful in different situations. Even the standard engineer shotgun is a one shot kill weapon at close ranged. Even at medium range, the pistol is very useful if u can shoot straight.

How often do you get to use close range weapons properly in BF2? i mean maps like dragon valley, zatar wetlands, kibra dam, theyre wide open areas and you cant get close enough to use close range weaponry. I know for a fact if i was in a war i would pick a rifle LONG before a shotgun.

I only ever play city maps, hence a shotgun is far more useful. I dont much like repeatedly having the cr@p bombed out of me! (hence why i think EF is a waste of money)

while i agree the city maps are good, i dont like limiting myself to only part of the game, and overall on the maps, close range weaponry is nowhere near as good as a machine gun. the Medics will get many more kills than the Engineers won't they

Looking at me stats yesterday the medels and awards bit looked prety bear, went on 50 Klicks and got:

expert sniper, basic explosives, veteran explosives, engineer combat, and, veteran assualt.

EDIT: and veteran pistol combat

GJ on expert sniper mate, i know how hard that sod is to get. Took me a fairly long time. Very proud of getting it the true sniper way, and no vehicle whoring too.

Yeah - i hate dudes who get the awards in vehicles - im infantry through and through, got them all on city maps - tis the only way to go

it's very very very expensive. multiplay has a complete monopoly on uk ranked servers.
