I have a rather fab local print company who scratches my back when I scratch theirs
I think... the largest order I have completed so far was for Clintons which was... about 10,000 cards. I'm actually distributing the cards through an umbrella company for Clintons (I would do the same for the supermarkets) which saves me having to fold, wrap, cellobag and pack up orders (Thank God! I'm actually sat here at the moment doing that for a new release of designs and I can do about 100 cards in an hour... which is painstakingly slooow!)Normally though my orders will range from about 1,000 - 2,500 at a time and sometimes I put in lower ones for 100 - 500
It's all digitally done which is great for this quantity monies wise and the quality... well I'm a BIG fuss pot and perfectionist and I can see very little difference... it's excellent what they can do today
If I needed to, I could easily produce anywhere around 50,000 - 100,000 cards at a time

Invitations and custom designs vary considerably
If you ask to stick to a standard simple square design it's a very reasonable price... if you want something a bit more complex (like the rectangular one) the prices comes up a bit there but that's mainly because it's a non standard print size so admin costs goes up and then I have to order in new envelopes Equally I can do a design for a set price and you can get it printed... but normally I will be able to do a better price than most as I can bung it on top of other orders
