Here's hoping we have Redbull and Ferrari at least truly threatening Mercedes for race wins week in week out due to the more aero influenced regulation changes, not simply due to relatively odd things happening during races.

Yes there are changes coming next year but Lewis is best placed to take advantage of them. Hopefully, Red Bull and Ferrari Will put up a good fight. Maybe Williams will also be in with a shout.

Next year is RB's already. We're back to an aero formula unfortunately, and no one does aerodynamics like Adrian Newey. £50 on Verstappen to edge it from Danny Ric for me.

We'll see, the Mercedes are still way ahead.

The question was did he feel both drivers were given equal opportunity and in the end the best man won. I took his reply to be more towards the best man part, and who would say Rosberg was 'the best man' after the season we've had.

Vettel yeah, can't see why Hamilton though, drive off into first then slow down to back your team mate up. Rosberg's move on Verstappen I'd say earns him driver of the day ahead of Hamilton - that was ballsy considering how close to an impact it was.

You've got to be pretty confident backing someone up knowing you still need to win the race. That's something I could only see Alonso and maybe Vettel being able to do. Obviously it didn't work, but we can agree it was far more entertaining than finishing 30 seconds in front of the world champion.

I disagree. He was on fresher tyres with the better car. Max was struggling for grip at that point and Rosberg still made it look difficult.

To be honest he should have made that move on Verstappen a lot earlier and the eventual overtake was inevitable given the differing tyre strategies. Rosberg has been shown up a lot by VES this year.
