Can anyone e-mail me where they're getting these for £350 or close to, just had a look and the best I can do £430. Would like to order one tonight if I can.

Thanks folks.

Edit e-mail in trust.

People still enjoying their 8371? I was a bit put off by lack of HDMI but my home TV has VGA In if I want and I was mainly going to use HDMI for hotel's but found that most of their TV's are locked out!!!
Anyone tried any more games?

A couple of queries, I'm pretty useless with how good these new ULV CPU's are, but I currently have the HP Mini 311 netbook with the 1.6Ghz Atom and the Ion GPU, is an Acer 8371 with the Ati 4330 and SU9400 CPU going to be more powerful?

i agree the atom cpu is quite slow, i know you could optimise and tweak windows but the fact is nothing beats having a good dual core =)
sadly i bought one of these and i did plan to have it for myself but turns out the gf has taken it =/
not sure whether i should buy another or just keep my old fujitsu pi2515.

Lol, well from what people have said on here the 8371 seems a cracking bit of kit, wish it had an HDMI port but thats about it, and not really used HDMI from my netbook at all.

Run SuperPi on your netbook and see how it compares to the 8371 for an indication of cpu performance, we are hitting around 25-26 sec on SuperPi to 1M.

And if you're still feeling confident run 3d mark 2006 for an idea of gfx performance, you are aiming for 3200 :p;)
