Acoustic Energy Aego

I sit at my PC for hours at a time without any music on and theres no hiss/hum whatsoever.
Thought you might like to know that I bought my Aego M's from Superfi and found their service very good with no problems at all. Perhaps you've just been unlucky?
BTW good luck with the G5. Are you not waiting for a new Intel chip model?
Like most online dealers, they were very good at taking the money and shipping the box. The problems started when the product developed faults and had to be returned for repairs three times. That's when you find out how good a dealer really is.

I'm following the new MacTel machines, last week's MWSF keynote was another real blaster, but some software that I've used for work for the last 15 years never made it through the Mac OS 9 to Mac OS X transition so I rely on the Classic environment, which isn't supported on these new Macs. Like a lot of other pro users, we'll be grabbing G5 Power Macs this year as we wait to see what the future will bring.

If you don't want to buy from SuperFi you can try the online site recommended by Acoustic Energy themselves who I bought my set of Aego's from. They currently have it in stock for £99.99 including delivery which is the same as SuperFi.

I'm not sure I can mention the site but you can contact Acoustic Energy to ask them.

Ray.
Thanks for tip, Ray. I did just that and Acoustic Energy called me by phone. Now that's I call service. They suggested Superfi or somewhere else. I've already talked about the former and have used the latter many times, although they are in Jersey so returning a 9 kg box could prove more expensive should the need arise.

I may try HifiBitz as Zealot suggests. Their 14 day no quibble money back guarantee looks reasuring.
