I think he means the status and the power thing is nonexistant at meets, which is absolutely true.

maybe not percentage wise, but then with a list of members as large as "we" have that still amounts to a high number of people.

personally i think that a good section of this community understands these positions require quite a time commitment and they already know whether they have sufficient time to devote.
i have neither the time,inclination or disposition so i strike out on all three counts.

IMHO it's an absolute sham that the above series isn't longer and on prime time.

No. I only come here for my personal amusement and I'm not interested in contributing to the community. I accept if offered because it would be rude not to.

I think you may be correct. My powers of perception were not what they should have been at that time in the morning having consumed an unclassified quantity of whisky :o

I can confirm that there is no heirarchy at meets. Any digressions from the pre-agreed plan are decided democratically and any mods present have no more say than anyone else.
There are no mods at meets, only forum members :)

I definitely dont have the dedication to be anything apart from a general user, and soon to be a wise guy :)
Respect to the dons, underbosses, MOH etc though for doing a good job of regulating the forum and 99% of the time giving out good advice.
 
No chance would i aspire to become a Don, imagine all that power going to your head:p....ermm no thanks :o
 
I was the worst Underboss ever so I'd definitely be the worst Don ever.
I like to see the arguments so I'd just let it go until posters were crying and I wouldn't give a damn about competitor links or rude word links either.
