I don't know how they would stop it. A suicide bomber would masquerade as any Afghan citizen.

We all knew it wouldn't be long till the Taliban lost control. It's farcical that they think they have command over all their own people. This will just gradually get worse as you have factions/clans etc who's view/opinion differs from others, and disagreements will lead to things like this.
