Why are you being so stubborn.? People keep explaining to you to just enable XMP and be done with it. It’s that simple. Both your CPU and motherboard should support that ram at its XMP rated speed without any problems.According to my mobo anything above 2666mhz is oc. So take 2666mhz rams or just 3000mhz and enable XMP? But like i said i am scared about this. Thank you for recommend.
Recommend me rams compatible with this board. I want to be sure that all will be stable. I dont want mess with oc or XMP. I read that XMP is OC and can cause issues. My 8700K will be on stock. What will be best choice for me?
List of rams compatibility of mobo:

G.SKILL 16GB 3000MHz RipjawsV CL15 (2x8GB) 1.35
( enabling XMP )
Or just take 2666mhz ?
This is the last question. Thank you for patience.
Ok so i enable XMPAnyway what you mean "Selling 2133 ram and buying new 3000 ram in this climate makes 0 sense, massive waste of cash."
So you mean bump up my actual ram 2133mhz + ? Or performance difference?
Don’t worry what intel say about memory speed. It is just what they guarantee. They also only guarantee that 8700K will run at stock speed when in fact all of them can run faster.yeah i am just worried because Intel on his specs said memory speed: 2666mhz.
Also this is review and differences are big between 2133mhz and 2666mhz,can you look:

You're calling 12fps a big improvement?
10% is a pretty nice improvement for just running ram at it's rated speed.......
Sure, and if 16GB of DDR4 was still sub £100 then the move would be ok but how much is he going to pay for a 16GB kit of 3000mhz memory? That's a pricey 10% boost.
