i still have a lotro subscription (3 lvl 50 chars) but since EA i havent bothered loading it back up as it would seem to basic and boring compared to AOC
i can happily kill mob after mob in epic instances all day as the fighting is brilliant, persevere with you chosen class as they really develop at level 20+

some one asked before about the necro and the ice demons, Evrytime you get a fatality kill 1 is summoned i had 2 at one point killing the starting bandits on the beach very fun

Anyone fancy giving me some ingame info about the bear shaman? no one seems to be playing it from what i can see

It's a melee healer, so gets a good mix of melee combos and healing spells, not really sure since not played one but they do seem quite good.
I think the healers are done very well in AoC, much more depth than normal healing classes.
Kind of what i hoped, a durable melee/healer hybrid type. Im guessing a shaman would get kited to hell and back in pvp tho

Finally finished disk 2 after what felt like an hour, now its decided to take 10 mins (so far) to update directx components. THEN ill have to patch it!

Got to love the 30gb install. I think its been going an hour and half. Almost there though! Then the patch.
I have the Lost season 4 finale to watch during that.

The install took my system the best part of an hour, which is possibly one of the longest installations ever for me since buying my updated rig with all the bells and whistles and fast components in.
For the people that asked, the patching process is something like: 90Mb patch -> 3.5mb misc rehashing data patch -> 700Mb meany -> Done.

Oh my god, this game runs incredibly poorly for how it looks.
I can run TF2 on everything full at basically a constant 60fps, but I can barely run this on low at 20fps
