"hence once again, I accurately read the description, and know the cpu will fit in my motherboard, and hence the description saying the ram is "ddr3 compatible" making it compatible with my motherboard, but oh wait, after a quick reminder it only supports ddr2 and the description was of course at fault...
i listened, to the discrpition of the processor , witch was wrong so its not really my fault....
And the excitement of buying a cpu after 2 months of waiting to get one didn't help...
doesnt have ddr2 slots therfore has not support for am2+ cpu's

The excitement of getting a cpu after to months, was kinda a click, read speeds and cache and buy, i just assumed since my 970 was this would be as well.
Anyway, good news, ive already one the case on ebay and with be posting it on Monday for a full refund
This meaning that on Tuesday witch should leave me with around £80, what's the best *AM3* cpu i can buy with that?

My plan is after a month or so of having the system running im going to start a mod project if i can get the money together.

Strange news, Before we went down to the police about the last scam, we tried ringing mr. Dinsdale 1 more time, this time he picked up, and he said the item had been dispatched 8 weeks ago, but they use a cheep postal service, and he will track the item to see where it may have ended up, and if he has no luck he will refund the full £145 
we rang him, and asked about the processor intitaily, and he wondered why we hand't received it, then we asked why he wasn't in contact with us, we and ebay was telling us to go to the police. :L
