Akasa Eclipse 62's Club... Desktop & Machines.

that xps case is hot!!!
can you show some more pics of it?

It is, externally i think its one (if not top) of the best looking cases.

I dont have any up-to date pics of the XPS with bits in, or with better cabling.

When on i kept the LEDs blue, although red and yellow are/were options : Towers over the Eclipse

When i did it i rushed it, so it could have been better

Good to see that the megahelims fits, mind if i ask Grimley, were you able to slide the mobo tray into the case with the cooler installed? Gonna have to put my system back into the eclipse shortly while i send my main case away.

thought i should show some new pics after i installed a new thermaltake psu and made a few minor changes here and there:).

Looks nice :)

Have you tried the cathode light nearer the front of the side panel?

I like the glow the cathode gives but I dont like how you can see the tube and how intense it is, prefer when you cant see the tube but can still see the glow. Thats how Ive done it but it doesnt look that great due to scratched window. :(

Will do, i had it in the eclipse before, i then switched to a lian li a70f full tower. As the lian li is being sent away to get powdercoated soon, im gonna be using the eclipse as a temporary case.

Whats the cable management like in these?

Reckon you can get a 24pin behind the mobo tray?

yeah, i know becuase i did, just as long as its long enough as there are no direct routs from the psu bay to behind the motherboard trays, so a standard size 24pin would be a stretch, As for the cable management, Lets just say its fairly easy to manage, and is a big and easy case to build in, Hope this helps.
