Anyway did you do you build BFG?

Right I have a mirage nearly finished upstairs and a very empty omega.

This week end I will finish the mirage. It needs ram and a GPU and its done. Cable management has been insanely good and i'm going to be posting a whole load of pics. There's been no need to hide anything and the back is free from tucked wires. I've braided the front door cables as well and they look very good!

Going to be sticking a mobo,psu,hdd,ram some fans in the omega as well. Can't believe i've been without a desktop for 3 months now!!

Wow thats awesome. If you need any spares at all mate i've got you covered here. replacement cages? i've got them....replacement front panel cables? i've got them. mobo risers,screws, wheels loads of akasa spares with your name on stand by all brand new. Of course free to your good self.

Well some people have bought B-grade mobos and its just been the mobo in a anti-static bag in a box, but worked perfectly fine.

Some stuff though is just stuff sent back via distance seller law thingy, so it the complete thing.

Will have to wait and see when it arrives.

Can't you just bend the top 2 fins back? hardly critical damage... :confused:

EDIT - Ah it isn't a TRUE (which does bend down on the edges like that), my mistake.

The box is thick card with the cooler in the middle section away from the sides but there's no cushioning. Not great packaging TBH although probably fine in light hands.
