Alan Wake 2

Remedy Games are quite something the way they're scripted out for sure, gotta be on your A game hah.
The fact I haven’t played any of their previous games probably doesn’t help. I really enjoyed the game play anyway and having to work things out so it’s fine.

It does help when you get involved in the story line though, for example I really connected with both TLOU games but the story is easy to follow with them. I understand the AW2 story more than Elden Ring at least, which I’ve just enjoyed all 220 hours completing, however could tell you pretty much nothing about the storyline or the lore…

I’ll find a YT video to refresh my understanding before playing the final part of the DLC.

This is £20 on EGS atm. And £7.50 for the season pass.

I hope this is a final cash grab before they release it on steam. 1 year anniversary is on the 27th.

Sounds like 2.5 hrs is average, which is about how long night springs was so it's not surprising. If you've already paid for the DLC bundle then you might as well play it. I'll hopefully find some time for it over the next few days.

I don't own the DLC bundle. I've seen its on offer currently at £7 but both DLCs combined will be 4hrs of content. Not sure I can be bothered to redownload the whole game just for 4hrs.

Played an hour or so thus far and really like it, forgot the incredible level of detail in the Alan Wake 2 game and expansion combos. On top of that, the lighting and reflections seem even better than before too.
