Alien Isolation Benchmark

I don't seem to be getting any trifire scaling here for some reason and AFR gives better scores than the AI profile... Three cards score the same as two and I'm not so sure we're looking at a bottleneck, though it just might be the case.
No big deal as I play with a single card anyway. Still...

What is this AFR that I keep seeing please.

Could you repost your scores please making sure that the settings in the left hand column are in view.:)

Also FilmGrainintensity=1.0 should be used.

Thanks for explaining AFR too, I will try it out when I am not working.:)

Alternate frame rendering (I think). Basically a default/fall back method of multi card rendering.

According to the urban dictionary it is also 'accidental fecal release' in other words pants pooped, appropriate for this game :p

Thanks.:)

Scoreboard updated.:)

I trust zat ze papers are in order zis time?

All in order and on the board.:)

3 and 4 card scaling is very good but at 1080p you will hit the CPU bottleneck.:)

Film grain needs be at 1.0. Doesn't make any difference to fps, but y'know...

I'm not rerunning it for film grain. lol. I'll rerun 1440p with film grain correct. It's because I reduced it in game as it's crap

We need Film grain to be 1.0 or it could start arguments and that is the last thing we need.:)

If the green team can post lots of results it will be good to see as this bench runs well on NVidia cards.:)

2600K @4.6

I believe that makes me top of the leader board! Well, until someone else comes along and runs a triple-screen run and puts me into second place. :D

If you do a single card run @5780x1080 that will put you top there too.:)

Can you update the opening post with the instructions? for noobs like me :p

explore to your steam library and right click Alien Isolation .exe file
* Click "Properties"
* Click "Set Launch Options"
* Type into the field "-benchmark" ( without the quotations so it reads -benchmark )
* Click OK and launch the game.

Settings updated.:)

Are you going to post a few scores and give stulid a bit of competition.:)

Let's prop up the bottom of another table :)

And for a single GPU:

AlienIsolation14K_zpsd7a7fbe0.png

It is always nice to get 4K results.:)

Here you go Kaap, Should be correct this time:

Intel i7 4790K @ 4.6GHz
2x 290 1180/1460
Drivers: 14.9 — DX 11

Avg 202.6

Everything is good and on the board.:)

1 x 980 on Water at 1590/2000
CPU is 5.1GHZ 3930k on Water
Windows 8.1
DDR 2200 ish
344.16 WHQL

1080P - 167.36

4-way SLI in 4k appears broken for now.

167.36 wow.:)

Did a test run at 1440p on a 4k screen got 101fps avg with 1310/1675.
You can be safe Silentscone.
I nead a better dp cable....:( i lost dp signal when going over 1.42v on core, So no 1330+ core without better cable.....

It is not the cable it is the cards. My 290Xs sometimes lose signal as well but my Titans and GTX 690s don't have a problem using the same cables.

Do amd have any fix for the weak dp signal Kaapstad?
Or is it a silicon flaw........

I don't think it is a flaw or fault.

It only happens on mine when getting close to max oc with much higher volts than you would put through an NVidia card (probably why they don't suffer from it). It also only happens on mine at 4K when the cards are stretched to the max with what they are outputting each frame.
