Ok I fixed the monitors 'nits' issue.

Windows now reports 1000 nits.

Should auto HDR be on or off in windows?

(P.s I have no idea how RTX HDR works also)

Auto HDR is really for SDR games that don't support HDR natively same goes for RTX HDR, maybe one is better than the other but i leave them off.

You can always experiment with them both if you have an older game that doesn't support HDR.
