Nice! How's it been so far?
It's an absolute stunner, 120hz is just unreal, I will never look back.
The curve is so subtle, but makes a massive difference filling your peripheral vision.
I haven't had a serious gaming session on it yet, but hopefully will find some time this weekend, but PUBG and BF4 in ultrawide is mindblowing.
The quality of the monitor is second to none, absolutely worth the price!

Been dealing with single dell rep ever since the first delay which helps.
So original purchase price was £935 inc upgraded to Pro support for the 3 years warranty. When they called me on Friday to let me know it’s slipped yet again to 6th June, I wasn’t happy. Politely asked for a gesture of goodwill and they gave me 10% discount after speaking to their manager/finance dept so £840 effectively. Quite happy with that outcome...... until the next delay of course as it’s going on 8 weeks from quoted 4 weeks with it being “in stock” when purchased.
Only snag is I have to claim after paying the full purchase amount. Not counting my chickens till it’s in my account but at least I have it confirmed in an email.

As dell has a great rma service and the option to upgrade it made my mind up,so beans for the family for the next month .

Acer X34P has hit £799 if you guys are looking for a possible alternative. Unsure how long for (shame OcUK don't stock this model, I think they'd fly out!!).
That's very tempting at that price.
Must wait for LG 950G... Consider all options... Avoid buyers remorse... Acer, you are tempting me... Must resist... Good prices will remain later in year...
Are you sure you don't mix up aw3418dw (3440x1440) with aw3418hw (2560x1080)?I just ordered one of these for 799 (got online sales to match the competitor's price for the x34p) - ETA 5th July though
It sounds unbelievable they would drop additional £150-200 just like that especialy when they are still not able fulfill demand for last few months.
Yep 100% the DW. They're selling the HW version for 588 at the moment pre-chat discount.

OcUK don't stock it and no hinting allowed, but easily found via Google.
If you buy a monitor you better check that the RMA is decent otherwise you can be ******

Yeh the z35p looks like the same monitor as the Alienware,been on the acer site as they do warranty upgrades the stock 2 year put me of the acer in the beginning .

yeah I saw that, really tempted. especially when the panel is 8bit+2FR not just 8bit (like the alienware) Vs build quality/warranty... hmmm, how lucky am I feeling??!
