All change at McLaren

No mention of Whitmarsh in this release then, maybe he's being lined up for the CEO role - perhaps discussions are still on-going so they can't announce that.

As noticed in the other thread, Boullier is now the 'Racing Director'..no mention of Team Principal then? This does sound like the Mercedes way of having many 'chiefs' in charge.

From what's come out today, Boullier could be a stayer with Brawn as his boss. Ross will have less stress but be fully able to advise.

Exactly what I thought in the other thread - as soon as I read about the CEO position I thought.....thats where RB is going to end up lol
 
So in the new McLaren structure Boullier would be the equivalent of 'Team Principal'?

The BBC have this to say:
Boullier will run the McLaren team at the race tracks, charged with making sure they return to winning races and contends for world championships.
