Also on a much more general point; some fantastic signings this transfer window (sorry Sky) all across football.

I have really enjoyed Sky almost trying to back up their idea that the Premier League is the best league in the world ever since football started by talking about how much money has been spent :p

With the signing of Sahin, there's every chance he'll play on the right now. Otherwise, I cant really fathom why we've brought Sahin in. We seem to be seriously lacking (decent) options down the right as well.

The obvious reason being to add competition to the squad. In a 4-3-3, you need more than 4 CM's for example.

When everybody is fit, Lucas, Allen & Sahin in the middle and Gerrard further forward looks our strongest line-up right now though.

Norwich have beat the deadline to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham on a season-long loan

So much for AVB saying Spurs didn't need another striker after getting Ade, because they have Defoe and Harry Kane coming through!

Good news - appears #EFC have managed to get Ojidja-Ofoe on loan after all subject to ratification early next week

Fairly safe to assume the drama Everton speak of will be the loan signing of Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from Club Brugge. #bbcfootball

Great news! I'm off to sleep, bring on WBA!

Everton sign Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe on season-long loan with option to buy. However, deal needs to be ratified. Statement in next few mins...

Great signing, engine like Yaya Toure, should do great in midfield, hopefully he sees a lot of playing time!

Waiting for SSN to catch up now... haha :D

Everton are poised to make a sixth and final summer signing after concluding an agreement to bring Belgian international Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe to Goodison Park.

The deal was agreed immediately prior to Friday's 11pm transfer deadline with paperwork submitted to the Premier League and Football Association.

The transfer now needs to be rubber stamped by football's governing body FIFA – a process which will take place early next week.

The powerful Club Bruges midfielder will join on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy and will team up with international colleagues Marouane Fellaini and Kevin Mirallas at Goodison Park.

The 23-year-old 6ft 1in powerhouse started at Gent, moved to Anderlecht and joined Bruges from Bundesliga side Hamburg three years ago where he established himself as their midfield mainstay, making 117 appearances.

Azza you must be pretty happy, done some great business this window.

Very pleased, just glad no one else (Baines, Fellaini, Heitinga, Jags) got sold. Still annoying that its sell to buy but I'm glad it was Rodwell that went and for what was a bit of a silly price to be honest.

Which bank did Everton rob to get all the money? :p

The City Bank...

Got to say City's signings have been naff as far as I'm concerned, after all your talk of Martinez and DDR players who would have improved City all they've done is replaced previous bench warmers with new bench warmers

City's biggest positive to come out of this window could well end up being no one coming in for Tevez....
lol.

Garcia is an improvement on NDJ and Barry. As well as being young and has scope for improvement.
Sinclair is an improvement on Johnson. As well as being cheaper and younger.
Rodwell provides us with good backup in midfield. Great potential for the future.
Nastasic provides us with backup at CB. Again, he has great potential.
Maicon provides us with a still class RWB/RB as well as providing more depth in defence.

The best thing about this window is that we have got rid of everyone we needed to saving a ton of wages that we can then use on the new signings.
