All Three One Plans to be cancelled from today

They just place you on whatever tarriffs are available - no special deals (you coukd try requesting the pac code to see if that gives you some movement)

Well it is a surprise really - I was fully expecting to get moved off the One plan but still nothing. Just logged into my three account and "The One Plan 12 Month SIM Only" is still listed under "view my plan". Strange but guess I should consider myself lucky.

They have to contact you at least a month in advance. So it really shouldn't have been a surprise when someone comes in and says in 2 weeks your contract will change.

Guys, while I have you, I'm moving to 3 - used their PAYG when abroad and was fine at home too. Why would I not just get the PAYG sim and pay £15 for unlimited data? It's £17 a month if I tie myself into a 12 month sim only?

edit - solved it, no tethering. That I can live with.

Just requested PAC code and got offered £15 a month for AYCE minutes and 4Gb of data.

Taken that.

What was your reason for requesting PAC? Purely discount?
I'm only paying a quid more for AYCE data and 200 mins.

I went in the local Three shop to check on an upgrade & apparently everyone on the original one plan will be moved to the new tariffs by thw 2nd week of July.

You'll keep ayce data, but tethering will be subject to a 4gb cap.
